Yet another disaster..

We have all had ilnesses last week so we have not had time to speak person to person or been in our lessons, we also have tried to film on one day but the memory card was full so we know have to decide when we are going to do jacks preformance scene. which will be difficult due to the issue with the sun going down very early and jack, me steff and emmy getting the time off school.

Problems

Currently we've been editting with iMovie 08, as it's what came with my Mac but after trying, and trying and trying, it's come to my attention that there is no option to speed up, or slow down footage. I don't know why Apple have done this, but after reading different forums, it appears that i'm right - you really can't do this.
After speaking to Jack Reid, a friend of mine that also studies media, he advised me to buy the new iLife package that'll give me iMovie 09, the software he's using which he says is very good. However this is £45.00, and i'm not sure wether I really want to be spending that much money, but we're going to have problems if I don't.

Problems.

We have experianced some issues when it comes to the second half of our filming. We could only get the grey hound to let us have a room today for tomorrow but this has coursed problems with time and the actors free time they have to help us out, the main issue is that it is a school day so our actors have lesson so we have to sedual filming around there free time.
