Feedback

After receiving a little feedback with encouragement to look at other mumford and sons productions, I decided to again, pick out some shots that would work in our video, and state why so it can give me, and Em and Han some more ideas. I really do think that on monday we should sit down and work out this narrative and the easiest way to convey it.

Firstly establishing shots have been advised to us by everyone, as currently we're throwing the audience too far into the story without introducing it, shots like the following may work, and also fit with the video's overall look.
(this can be used for our wood setting, and the field setting we intend to include.

Also mentioned to us is performance shots, which after trying it out in our first draft, we all agree they look really good and allow the video to flow, and make a statement of who the musician is.

AND lastly we really need to allow the audience to make a strong connection with Jack, and as specified we need to lock the camera onto Jack alot more. I think subtle close ups, slowing down performance shots of him and just generally adding him in more will help this, but with this needs to come a really easily readable narrative. From what i've seen of mumfords videos, I think we are giving the same fresh, rustic feel as theirs, but I really want to nail this narrative.
